Our Mission
To reduce the community cat population of East Brunswick through TNR, providing low-cost spay/neuter resources for owned cats, and rescue of outdoor kittens and friendly cats to enhance the quality of life of community cats and East Brunswick residents alike.
Ferals, Strays, and Community Cats
Community cats are unowned, free-roaming cats that live outdoors. They can be known as strays or ferals. Strays typically are used to being around humans while feral cats are not used to human touch and will avoid contact at all costs.
Feral cats can be born outside or can be pets that when lost or abandoned have reverted back to their feral state. Community cats are not homeless. They can live happy, healthy lives outdoors.
The outdoors is their home and is where they are most content. Community cats are found in every community across the country, across the world, in every landscape. If you would like to help community cats, the best thing you can do for them is to TNR them.
